Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BetEdge AI (the "Service"), available at betedgeai.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

BetEdge AI is a research and tracking tool, not a sportsbook. We don't accept wagers, hold funds or pay out winnings. Nothing on the Service is financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for knowing and following the gambling laws where you live. If sports betting is not legal where you are, don't use the Service to place bets.

2. Your account

Give us an accurate email address and keep your password private.
You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@betedgeai.com if you think someone else has used it.
One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.

3. What the Service provides

The Service shows odds, line movement, weather, injury reports, head-to-head history and AI-generated analysis gathered from third-party data providers and AI models. This information may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and AI analysis can make mistakes. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any money you win or lose. Past results, "hot picks" or trends do not guarantee future results.

4. Subscriptions, trials and payments

Free trial. New accounts may get a free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your chosen paid plan starts and you'll be charged.
Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
Canceling. Cancel anytime from Your account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused features, except where required by law. One-time purchases are final once delivered.
Price changes. We may change prices. We'll tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Referral program

Referral rewards are granted only when a genuinely new person signs up with your link and subscribes. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or other abuse void the reward, and we may remove rewards obtained that way. We may change or end the referral program at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service's data or analysis;
use bots or automated tools to access the Service, or try to get around usage limits or plan restrictions;
interfere with, probe or break the Service's security;
use the Service for anything illegal, including illegal gambling.

7. Our content

The Service, including its design, software and analysis, belongs to BetEdge AI and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it for your own non-commercial research while your account is in good standing.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. If we close your account for a reason other than a violation of these Terms, we'll refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BetEdge AI won't be liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover BetEdge AI's losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by email or on the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
